If so, I will teach you about scripting manifestations to create the life you want. Finding the best manifestation methods for you can be easier than you think.
Before we dig into the best manifestation methods that worked for me and that I’ve taught many others, we need to look at what manifestation even means.
Don’t worry! It’s not complicated. Manifestation is simply using your mind to “call in” the life that you want.
Manifestation Methods: Spirituality and Religion
It doesn’t matter if you’re religious, spiritual or neither one. Manifestation methods will still work for you.
For Christians, using manifestation techniques are simply forms of prayer to God. If you are spiritual, then manifestation techniques are simply asking the Universe, or whatever is spiritual for you, to bring you the life you deserve.
If you’re not religious or spiritual, manifestation methods still work because you are just using the power of your mind. So, wherever you stand on religion or spirituality, manifestation techniques can still drastically change your life.
Now, are you getting curious about the best manifestation methods I keep mentioning? I promise they’re coming!
First, you need to decide exactly what you want to manifest in your life. Allow yourself to be willing to believe that there might be a chance, even if it’s small, that it could happen for you.
You’ll want to focus on manifesting one thing at a time. This is important because your energy needs to be laser-focused on that one thing before you begin practicing manifestation techniques.
The 5 Best Manifestation Methods:
- Write down what you are working to manifest and get really clear on exactly what that is. The way you phrase it is important.
- Copy what you’ve written and put that in as many places as you want where you will see it often.
- Find ways to include your “want” in your daily life.
- List all the reasons you deserve to have that in your life.
- Envision how your life will improve when you get what you are trying to manifest.
These Manifestation Methods may seem too easy. If that’s the case, then you are exactly right. They are easy. You just have to actually do them to manifest what you want in life.
As I mentioned in Method One, the way you phrase what you are manifesting is important. You want to phrase it as if you already have the “thing” you want in your life.
Here’s an example for you if you want a job that pays more money and reduces your stress. “I am making more money at my job and have more time to enjoy life outside of work.”
Manifesting a Specific Person
If you’re manifesting a specific person, an example for that is, “I have a loving, healthy romantic relationship.” Notice that these examples are claiming that you already have the “thing” you want.
The reason that is important is that it allows your mind to open by continually saying that it already exists. At some point, you’ll start believing it can happen.
If you are stuck in believing your “want” will never happen, then you are correct. It won’t happen. If you believe it will, then you are allowing an opportunity for it to happen.
Trust me here. If you don’t have any belief, even if it’s tiny, you’ll probably never get what you want. The reason for that is that your behaviors will never change to create what you want.
Why is that? Well, that’s because you don’t believe it will happen. So, you won’t waste time and energy on the behaviors needed to create it.
If you struggle to understand Manifestation Method No. 2, then I don’t think I can help you here. It’s self-explanatory.
However, this step is incredibly important. When I said, “(c)opy what you’ve written”, I don’t mean copy and paste from your computer.
I want you to actually get pen and paper out and write it down. There Is a lot of research out there that shows writing with pen and paper is more beneficial to your brain than typing on a computer.
Now, let’s talk about putting what you wrote in many different places. Go crazy here! The more you see it, the more your mind will begin opening up to the belief that you can manifest what you’re wanting to manifest.
I’ve done this many times throughout my healing journey. I promise it works. When I sit and think about how I did it when I first began, I giggle to myself.
My giggles are because I went all out with posting my manifestation notes. You couldn’t enter my home without knowing exactly what I was manifesting.
I’ll give you some examples of places I put my manifestation notes. I bet you’ll come up with a bunch I’ve never thought about when doing this.
Places to Put Your Manifestation Notes:
• Your bathroom mirror and/or dresser mirror
• Your sun visor in your car
• The inside of the doors in your house
• Take a picture and make it the wall wallpaper on your phone and/or computer
• Your refrigerator
• Your nightstand
• Your desk at home and/or work
• Your steering wheel
You get the picture, but now we need to look at ways to begin incorporating your “want” into your daily life. Remember that I said your behaviors need to start reflecting what you are manifesting.
The Daily Process
There are lots of different ways to do this. I’ll tell you some ways I’ve done it as a guide for you, but you also need to figure out what works for you.
When I was manifesting a specific person to create a healthy, loving, romantic relationship I became very intentional about that every day. After work each day, I sat outside to unwind and process my day.
Doing that was creating space for me to incorporate time to process my day with my future partner and for him to do the same with me. I took myself out to lunch once a week as I knew that was something I wanted to be able to do with a partner.
I set aside one evening a week to never have anything planned as that would be reserved for my future partner. Also, I made sure I had one evening a week in place for self-care that I wanted to continue doing on my own once I was in a relationship.

Behaviors and Manifestation
If you’re struggling to figure out what “behaviors” you practice to match what you’re manifesting, think about the behaviors you will have once you have manifested what you want in your life. What would you do differently?
If you want a job with less stress and more money, then you need to do things that reflect that. Find a time during your day to do whatever you want, regardless of the amount of work you have to do. You need those breaks!
Treat yourself to something to show yourself that you deserve more financial abundance. I’m not saying to go out and buy a new car that you can’t afford currently or anything like that.
What I’m saying is find small ways to do that. If you want to create a job with more money in order to travel, find ways to experience new places and have adventures.
Take a day trip somewhere. Go to a market you’ve never been to that caters to a different culture. Read a travel blog or a book about a place you want to visit. Make a vision board for the trips you want to take when you manifest the money to go.
These types of behaviors are simply opening your mind to the belief that you can create the life you want. Your behaviors are showing you that you are ready to live the life you’re manifesting instead of sitting around telling yourself that it will never happen.
For those of you who are list-makers, this is your time to shine. If you’re not a list-maker, it’s time to change that.
Write down all of the reasons that you deserve what you are manifesting. Think about how hard you’ve worked throughout your life because that can be one your reasons you deserve what you’re manifesting. Take a look at your True Soul Identity to help you figure out more reasons.

Now, for you daydreamers, this is where I’m giving you permission to spend a lot of time in “la-la land.” Of course, you don’t need my permission, but I’m inviting you to allow yourself to get lost in your dreams.
Spend time every day imagining what your life will look like when you’ve manifested your dream. If you struggle with that, ask yourself these questions.
• How will my daily life differ?
• What feelings will I have?
• What memories will I create?
• What changes will others see in me?
• What negative stuff will go away?
• What will the positives be in my life?
If you want to manifest something in your life, but you don’t have a clue what manifesting that will be like, you will fail in manifesting it. In order to manifest something, you have to go beyond the goal of just having it.
You have to know what you want it to be like when you successfully manifest the life you want. If you just say you want to make more money but don’t know why, the extra money will seem pointless because you’re not spending it on anything that reflects what you want.
When that happens, you’ll sit back and wonder where all of your money has gone. The same goes with everything else you want to manifest.
Knowing the Life You Want to Create
If you don’t know what you want to do with what you manifest, you’ll end up wanting to manifest more and more and never be satisfied. There’s no point in manifesting at all if you don’t know why you want to do it and how it will change your life.
The world has enough people always wanting more and never being satisfied. You’ve probably been one of those people at some point in your life. I know I’ve been guilty of that in the past.
So, be clear on why you want to manifest something in your life. Let yourself fully envision what your life will look like and the positives that will come with it.
Remember you are scripting manifestation. Every script should have an ending you’ll love. Scripting manifestation to lay out exactly what you want, why you want it and what your life will be like when it manifests is incredibly important.
Use these Manifestation Methods to begin creating a life you will love and that you truly enjoy. You’ll never regret taking the time to do it. Also, it probably won’t happen if you choose not to intentionally do it.
You could know the best manifestation methods in the world, but, if you don’t use them, then your life will stay the same. That’s not why you’re reading this though.
The reason these are the best manifestation methods, in my opinion, is that I have spent years using them and I know they work. Also, I have taught my psychotherapy clients to use them. They are blown away every time because they’re able to start creating the life they have always wanted.
As I wrap up this post on manifestation methods, I want to give you one more reminder. Please do not work on manifesting multiple things at once. You want all of your energy focused on manifesting that one thing.
Instead, save this post to come back to after you’ve manifested the first thing you want. Then, you can use this manifestation techniques for the next thing you want in your life.
